I don't think we are in a free country, but can't see any reason why not... but then again, I don't have a Goog.. YouTube account, or spend a lot of time there. It's nice and safe here at Newgrounds! BTW, IRL, there aren't any noises that accompany the physical act of ejaculation, unless you really really want to be funny about it.
The actor supplied the noises a long time ago to make it funny. And I'm not sure if I can censor it since it would hold out my deadline.
A couple of weeks ago I posted a penis walking around, no jizz though. It's ok to serve youtube penises I believe.
Yeah, squirt it up the flagpole and see who salutes. The worst they can do is take it down..
There are probably ways around the censors on this. There are 'uncensored' cartoons on there, such as Ace Discovery, which also found a base here once.
